Clear answers.

From a first consultation to an ongoing marketing partnership, here's how we work together.

Working together

Why work with Marketing RX instead of hiring a full-time marketing employee?

Many businesses need consistent marketing support without needing a full-time marketing employee. That is where we come in. We focus on the priorities and work agreed in your scope, giving you access to experienced professionals without the commitment of a full-time salary and employee benefits. You receive hands-on support tailored to your needs, rather than paying for a full-time position your business may not require. Our work and availability are defined by the agreed scope, not an unlimited or full-time employee arrangement.

What industries do you help?

We help businesses across a wide range of industries, including law firms, healthcare-related organizations, real estate companies, professional service firms, home services, retail, hospitality, and B2B companies. The consultation helps us understand your audience, goals, and the work involved. Explore the industries we help

What areas do you serve?

We serve businesses nationwide across the United States. All work is handled remotely, so we can support you wherever your business is located in the country. We do not take on businesses outside the United States at this time.

Can I already have a marketing team or marketing person?

Absolutely. Our Advisory engagement is built for exactly that: you keep your employees, agencies, or vendors, and we provide experienced outside direction, strategy reviews, and prioritized recommendations. You do not have to replace your team to work with us.

Can you train my marketing team or help them continue their education?

Yes. Hire us for training for your marketing team or individual marketing person. Whether they need help learning a program, understanding reporting, or building their marketing skills, tell us what they use and where they need support. We'll discuss the goals and confirm the training scope and quote before you commit.

Can we hire you just for training?

Yes. Training can be scoped as its own service. Tell us which program or skill you want help with, your team's experience level, and what you want them to be able to do. For example, we could set aside dedicated training hours to help an existing employee use Mailchimp or Constant Contact with more confidence. We'll confirm whether we can support that need and propose the appropriate training. Due to the complexity and constantly changing nature of Google Ads, we are not offering training on that platform at this time. If Google Ads is where you need support, that work is handled by our trained experts, who have completed extensive coursework and years of hands-on work in the field and manage campaigns directly rather than teach them.

Do you offer meetings?

Yes. We meet by Zoom, monthly or quarterly depending on the scope of your work. We agree on that rhythm when the engagement is set, and each check-in comes with an agenda and notes so the time stays useful. We do not offer in-person meetings at this time.

How do we reach you between meetings?

All day-to-day questions, requests, and updates are handled by email, not text message. We reply during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Emails received outside those hours are addressed when business hours resume; we do not reply in the evenings or on weekends. We work as an extension of your team, not as an in-house employee. An agreed scope, scheduled check-ins, and clear communication boundaries help keep the working relationship productive and respectful.

Getting started

How do we get started?

Complete the consultation inquiry form, and we'll review your business and goals. If your needs align with our services, we'll invite you to a complimentary discovery consultation to discuss your challenges, existing efforts, and opportunities. From there, we recommend an appropriate monthly marketing engagement with a clearly defined scope. After an agreement is signed, we begin onboarding and your initial marketing assessment, which is included in the monthly engagement rather than sold as a separate mandatory purchase.

How is pricing determined?

Every engagement is tailored to the business we serve. We do not offer one-size-fits-all packages. Following an initial consultation, we develop a customized proposal outlining recommended services, responsibilities, and monthly investment.See the partnership options

What is the Marketing RX Strategic Assessment?

A standalone consulting engagement for businesses that want an independent review of specific marketing activities but are not ready to commit to ongoing management. It is scoped and priced to your needs, and can cover advertising performance, analytics, lead generation, email marketing, CRM processes, campaign strategy, marketing technology, and spending efficiency. It is a defined engagement, not an unlimited investigation, and it is never required before beginning a monthly partnership.

Why isn't the marketing review free?

Because it is real work done by real people, not an automated report. We don't run your website through a report generator and hand you a PDF no one read. Someone looks at your accounts, your data, your campaigns, and your customer journey, then decides what needs attention and what to do about it. AI tools can help with parts of the work, but they are not perfect and they don't own the outcome. A real person reviews your marketing, a real person stands behind the recommendations, and a real person keeps working on it afterward.

What happens in the first 90 days?

The initial 90-day period establishes a foundation: we review your business, systems, data, and campaigns, set priorities, begin improvements, and develop an informed ongoing strategy. It is a typical process, not a guaranteed completion schedule. We commit to a structured process and transparent communication, not guaranteed results within a fixed timeline. See how the first 90 days work

What information and access will you need?

For the consultation, share your goals, current setup, concerns, and whatever statistics or history you have. Once the engagement scope is agreed, we request the relevant social analytics, Google Analytics, ad accounts, CRM, website statistics, forms, and past campaign information. Conversations with you and the employees handling leads help complete the picture. We'll guide you through account invitations and the permissions needed.

What if we do not have Google Analytics, a CRM, or reliable tracking?

Tell us what you do have. Missing tracking, incomplete history, or disconnected tools can become part of the plan. We'll explain what we can learn from the available information and where better tracking is needed before drawing conclusions.

The ongoing work

How quickly is graphic design work completed?

Graphic design, social content, and email marketing are planned in advance as part of your agreed schedule. A new request should not be expected to be completed within 24 hours. Signage, flyers, and other print materials require a minimum planning window of 1-2 weeks for design, revisions, and approvals. This is the bare minimum, not a guaranteed turnaround; more involved projects or additional edits may take longer. Share your deadline early so we can confirm a realistic timeline before work begins.

What can be included in a monthly engagement?

Your engagement is scoped around your business. It may include paid advertising management, social media, content planning and execution, email marketing, lead-generation analysis, CRM and tracking recommendations, performance monitoring, and monthly reporting. We'll agree on the scope, priorities, and monthly price before starting.

What if our needs grow beyond the current monthly scope?

Tell us as soon as you notice it. Monthly marketing covers the scope agreed in your proposal, and when the work grows, the scope and budget are revisited rather than quietly expanded. If the budget cannot change, we will help you decide what fits inside it and what your own team can carry. That keeps expectations clear on both sides and keeps the quality of the work where it belongs.

Can you help if Google Ads is bringing in spam or fake leads?

Yes. We can investigate the account, traffic sources, campaign settings, conversion tracking, and the inquiries coming in. The work may include repairing targeting, exclusions, and tracking, then monitoring actual lead quality. The goal is useful inquiries, with a clearer understanding of where the budget is going.

How will we know whether the work is helping?

We agree on measures that connect to your goals, such as relevant inquiries, qualified leads, cost per lead, and the path from inquiry to customer where tracking allows. We explain what the numbers mean, what remains uncertain, and what we're changing next. Your team's feedback on lead quality is part of that review.

Will we have to chase you for updates?

We stay involved with the agreed work, bring recommendations, explain progress, and keep you informed about next steps. We'll discuss how we'll communicate when setting the scope, so you know how the work and updates will be handled.
