Information you provide

When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, business details, marketing interests, budget range, and message. Referral forms include information about you and the business you refer. Freelance applications may include your location, experience, availability, rate, portfolio links, resume, and acknowledgements.

Only share referral contact details you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, account access credentials, Social Security numbers, payment card details, or confidential client or patient information in website forms or resumes.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, administer referrals, and review freelance applications. If you agree to future contractor contact, your application may also be considered for future opportunities. Submitting a consultation form is not consent to an unrelated marketing mailing list.

Form delivery and service providers

Forms and attached resumes are sent through FormSubmit to the Marketing RX team's email inbox. FormSubmit may present verification or spam-prevention checks. Its processing is governed by its own policies. Website hosting, email delivery, and media delivery providers also process technical information needed to operate these services.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and photos and video from a content delivery service. These requests may disclose your IP address, browser information, and request metadata to those providers. Website errors may be reported to the hosting platform with diagnostic information, such as the error message and page path.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics, a measurement service operated by Google, to count visits and understand which pages are read. Google Analytics may set cookies and record information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and how you interacted with the site, in order to measure website activity.

Retention and security

Form submissions may remain in the team's email inbox and service-provider systems while needed to handle the inquiry, application, referral, or related business records. No fixed retention period is stated here. Please contact us if you want to ask about a particular submission or request removal of your application from future consideration.

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information through these forms.

Your questions and requests

You can request information about your submission, correct it, or ask for deletion through our contact form. Describe your privacy request in the message field without adding sensitive information; optional marketing questions can be left blank. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal obligations and recordkeeping needs may limit deletion.

Children and changes to this notice

This website is intended for business inquiries and adult freelance applicants, not children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed. Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised date.
